Cryptids

Winged creatures

Among cryptids, winged creatures are some of the most unsettling: the Mothman of Point Pleasant, the Owlman of Cornwall, the Jersey Devil of New Jersey. Witnesses describe a man-sized figure with a wingspan of several meters and red, glowing eyes. Zoologists usually point to large owls, herons or cranes seen in poor light.
